Title: Lost in Net-ure
Argument: Playsage, neologism between play and paysage
Lost in NETure has the claim to be a playful garden and a conceptual one, because it makes us think about our condition of people “get lost” in the virtual nets of smartphones and computers. The entrance is a white room, with a stylized tree in the center (digital world), while further lays a joyful garden that you can only glimpse (real world). The visitors are encouraged to scan QR codes that hang from the tree-not-tree to discover the gems they will find outdoor. SURPRISE, LEVITY, GRACEFULNESS, CHANGE are some of the qualities that a garden should express.
The entryway looks not accessible, but the elastic stripes that divide the settings can be easily raised or lowered to let someone go in. Even in contrast, two worlds communicate and seek connections. The NET is the answer and the main playing element. The colorful BALLS OF YARN represent CURIOSITY, an excuse that exhorts to enter the garden and finally get lost in (the real) nature.
